Friendship Recipe

Hi I'm back with another House Mouse card. I love these little mice and I've been asked to make a card for a friend. The person its for likes baking so i'm sure this will fit the bill.

I love decoupage and think the mice look so real on this one. I layer it up using pinflair glue - how glad I was when I discovered this as I hated the smell of silicon! I curved the edges of the mice to help them "pop" from the design.
The challenge over at House-Mouse is circles and polka dots so I have tried to include lots of these in my backings. The blue velum which I have punched with my favouite Martha Stewart punch is all polka dots but hasn't photographed very well. I have added some gorgeous lace and ribbon and used some card candi (circles!) on the lace and in the centre of 2 of the flowers. I have used a couple of hat pins and threaded them with beads - I love these at the minute. The sentiment is a Lili of the Valley stamp - A birthday recipe so complements the card well.
I would like to enter this in the following challenges -

I love house mouse too. You've done a great job with the decoupage. I have a habit of accidently snipping their tales! :(
Love the lace with your added candi, the beautiful pins, and that sentiment is just perfect.
Thanks for joining us at Aud Sentiments this fortnight. Hope to see you back here for the next challenge x

It's a wonderfull card in those sweet colors, but white/pink/blue is not the challenge of EKEF.
The challenge was Kraft/white and one color.
It's a pitty, because it's an amazing beautifull card!!
