I framed the image using a spellbinders die. The colouring is a done with a combination of copics and whisper pens and I distressed the edges with a Tim Holtz ink. The butterfly is made with a woodware punch which I stamped with a script stamp and then distressed. I think she looks like she is enjoying siting in the rain with her little dog.
Struggled to photograph this as the light is poor today - more rain so the card is very apt! The backing papers are old ones from my stash. I found the lovely green lace whilst routing for ribbon and made some more butterflies for extra embellishments. To finish I added the sentiment and 2 flowers - the middles are resin flowers that a purchased from Lakeland when they used to sell craft!
