Be Happy

Back again with another card. Spent last night colouring whilst watching television so had the image prepared. Its a Lili of the valley stamp - I love them.

The stamp is called "Never to old for cupcakes". I coloured the image with a combination of copics and whisper pens. The colours were selectrd with the Come and get it challenge in mind. I distressed the edges using VersaMagic - pixie dust chalk ink.

The papers I chose are from - First edition paper - love letters and Papermania - lucy cromwell. I needed shades of brown, blue and pink and think these look great together.The flower edging created using a Martha Stewart punch and I added shades of brown gems to accent them. The flowers are all from the HobbyHouse -they have a wonderful selection. I stamped the sentiment from a set by Clear Design - Friendship Messages.

I've tried to show you the inside of my card which I decorated to complement the front. There is a stamp which is not seen that says - "birthdays are natures way of telling you to eat more cake" - yum xxx.
