Valentines Love

Hi its time for another challenge over at Ruby's Rainbow. This time I had the honour of choosing the theme and as its getting near valentines day that had to be my theme.  I went for a male themed card which I found hard as  it out ruled all my pretty embellishments. Here is what I came up with -

This is stamped with an old wooden stamp that I love. I coloured it with pens and decided to go with a blue theme and breakaway from the traditional red of valentines day! I added a gorgeous heart ribbon slide and finished it of with a swirl of rhinestones. All papers used are from my stash.
I am entering this in the following challenges -

craftyribbonschallenge-37-love/romance/anniversary

oh love this that layout of love is gorgeous with those bling and that heart charm just wonderful

Paper piecing is the stamping of an image on to designer paper and cutting out a section which is placed over the section you have coloured in my case the parcel paper has been pieced, you should give it a try it is such fun and can colour dresses in a way your pens cannot :)

take care
